OUR STORY:

In 1975 my Grandfather Tom Hanlin founded HanCo & Associates. His heating and electric company would go on to lay the foundation for my interest in business. I saw his ability to create financial independence for himself and the financial freedom that came with that. I always admired his candid attitude towards life and business. With HanCo & Associates falling out of operations in the early 2000’s I knew I needed to do something to maintain and embody the spirit of the legacy HanCo & Associates had enabled our family to partake in. Through his many years as a commercial electrician, he has managed to build a well-balanced portfolio primarily consisting of numerous rental properties. One of the things my grandfather always said he regretted was not investing in rental property even more. My brother Ryan Greezicki and I are going to be the ones to maintain this legacy and grow it substantially for the Greezicki and Hanlin family name.
